This training module provides a description of the general functionalities that the Puerto Rico Disaster Recovery Solution (PR DRS) provides. 

Users will learn how to:

• Access the platform, configure the password and the browser to begin a session

• Navigate and personalize the home page, filter data, customize views and review support options

• Manage vendor information and update applicant contacts

• Sort, filter and find a folder in a dashboard

• Identify the folder structure and perform common actions: add notes, add documents, add communications, verify status and history
